Please note that you should only use the model of AC adaptor supplied with the computer at the time of purchase - using the wrong AC adaptor can cause damage to the computer. This port provides 15-pin, analog VGA port. This port allows you to connect an external monitor to the computer. There are no fastening screws for an external monitor cable on this computer's external monitor port. However, external monitor cables which have connectors with fastening screws can still be used.
