Optional Devices ■ Make sure the SD Card is oriented properly before you insert it. ■ Make sure that the SD card is facing the correct direction when inserting it into the Bridge media slot. ■ Do not turn the computer off or switch to Standby Mode or Hibernation Mode while files are being copied - doing so may cause data to be lost. Removing an SD Card To remove an SD Card, follow the steps as detailed below: 1. Open the Safely Remove Hardware icon on the Windows Task Bar. 2. Point to SD Card and click the left Touch Pad control button. 3. Press the SD Card to partially extend it out of the computer. 4. Grasp the SD Card and remove it. SD Card Bridge media slot Removing an SD Card ■ Make sure the Media slot indicator is out before you remove the SD Card or turn off the computer's power. If you remove the SD Card or turn off the power while the computer is accessing the SD Card you may lose data or damage the card. ■ Do not remove an SD Card while the computer is in Standby or Hibernation Mode. The computer could become unstable or data in the SD Card could be lost. SD Card care Set the write-protect switch to the lock position, if you do not want to record data. ■ Do not write to an SD Card if the computer's battery power is low as this may affect writing accuracy. ■ Do not remove an SD Card while a read/write operation is in progress. ■ The SD Card is designed so that it can only be inserted into the computer one way - do not try to force the SD Card into the SD Card slot. Removing an SD Card
To remove an SD Card, follow the steps as detailed below:
1.
Open the
