ADVANCED OPERATION PAGE 29 Storing Markers in Memory to be Viewed or Listened to again Storing a MARKER in the DVD memory is similar to marking your page in a book. It allows you to quickly return to any point on the disc. Storing a marker in the memory 1 Press MARKER during play at the starting point to be viewed (listened to) again. 1/9 Indicates "1/9" is stored in the memory. Up to 9 marks can be stored in the memory. 1 2 Recalling/Clearing a marker 2 Press SEARCH during playback. The MARKER SEARCH menu will appear on the TV screen. 4 MARKER SEARCH 123456789 3 Press F/G to select the marker to be recalled/cleared. 4 4 Press SELECT/ENTER to recall a marker. Or press CLEAR to clear a marker. 3 Playback resumes from the point corresponding to the selected marker. Notes ❍ These operations work only with discs for which the elapsed playing time appears in the DVD display window during playback or stop operation. ❍ Some subtitles recorded around the marker may not be displayed (DVD). ❍ All the markers are cleared when the power is turned off or the disc is removed. ❍ The marker cannot be memorized when the DVD or title menu is displayed on the TV screen.
