Time for Taking Action The time within which action must be commenced to enforce any obligation of TACP or THI arising under this limited warranty or under any law of the United States or of any state thereof is hereby limited to 90 days from the date you discovered, or should have discovered, the defect. This limitation does not apply to implied warranties arising under the law of any state of the U.S.A. HOW STATE LAW RELATES TO WARRANTY THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE IN THE U.S.A. SOME STATES OF THE U.S.A.
