The wireless antenna on/off switch turns the computer's wireless antenna on or off. The wireless antenna LED glows when the computer's wireless antenna is enabled. The line in jack lets you connect a DVD or CD player, cassette tape player, or record player to your computer. The 3.5 mm microphone jack lets you connect an external monaural microphone or other audio input device. The 3.5 mm headphone jack lets you connect stereo headphones or other audio-output devices, such as external speakers. Connecting other devices automatically disables the internal speakers. The volume control dial lets you adjust the sound on your computer. To turn the volume up, turn the dial to the right. To turn the volume down, turn the dial to the left. The speaker lets you hear sounds, such as system alarms associated with your software, and music from DVD-ROMs and audio CDs.
