Plug the power cord into the rear of the SNP-2 and the other end into a power outlet. 2. Plug the Ethernet RJ45 cable to the LAN port in the rear of the SNP-2 and plug the other end into an available port of a MFS-8 or router. 3. Connect an HDMI cable to the rear of the SNP-2 and an HDMI TV. 4. Connect a URC RF base station to the IR input of the SNP-2. 5. Program a compatible one-way URC remote to communicate with the RF base station. (Requires the URC Certified Custom Professional to program the URC remote and base station.) Page 7

Standalone Operation
The SNP-2 also functions without a Total Control system, by simply
adding a URC Complete Control RF base station and RF remote
control.
1. Plug the power cord into the rear of the SNP-2 and the other
end into a power outlet.
2. Plug the Ethernet RJ45 cable to the LAN port in the rear of
the SNP-2 and plug the other end into an available port of a
MFS-8 or router.
3. Connect an HDMI cable to the rear of the SNP-2 and an
HDMI TV.
4. Connect a URC RF base station to the IR input of the SNP-2.
5. Program a compatible one-way URC remote to communicate
with the RF base station.
(Requires the URC Certified Custom
Professional to program the URC remote and base station.)
