Activating Call Screening Your phone allows you to listen to callers leaving you a message. This feature can be turned on or off with the following steps: 1) Press [clock/menu] on the base. You will hear a confirmation tone. Setting the Number of Rings The ring time setting allows you to set the number of rings the caller hears before your answering machine plays the outgoing message. You can set the ring time to answer after two, four, or six rings.
