Monitor Stand Removal If you want your monitor to sit flat on top of a desktop computer or desk, you can remove the stand. To remove the stand: 1. Place the monitor face down on soft material, such as a folded towel. The towel is to prevent scratches on the glass. 2. Locate the small circular hole in the stand. Revolve the stand until the hole lines up with a screw. Remove the screw with a Phillips head screw driver. Press the locations shown in the drawing to release the lock tab. 3. After the lock tab is released, pull the monitor stand up at an angle. 4. Remove the stand and store in the monitor's shipping carton. ViewSonic G800 Installation 3

Monitor Stand Removal

can remove the stand.
To remove the stand:
