4. Troubleshooting 4.1 BlueStacks does not launch, gives an error screen This may happen sometimes in case of an unclean shutdown of windows. Perform the following steps to resolve the issue 1) Press "Close" to close the black BlueStacks window 2) Go to Start -> All Programs->BlueStacks and click Reset Android, as shown below. 4.1 BlueStacks does not launch, gives an error screen
This may happen sometimes in case of an unclean shutdown of windows.
Perform the following steps to resolve the issue
1) Press “Close” to close the black BlueStacks window
2) Go to
Start -> All Programs->BlueStacks
and click
Reset Android,
as shown below. Now
try launching BlueStacks again.
