Lower oven 9 Oven Functions and Settings Both ovens feature nine cook modes: • Bake • Convection Bake • TruConv • Conv Roast • Broil - Hi, Med, LO • Conv Broil • Self-Clean Both ovens have two top heating elements, a fan and heating element in the back of the cook cavity, and a bottom heating element. Unlike most traditional ovens, the bottom heating element is concealed beneath the cook cavity. This feature allows for a bigger cook cavity, easier cleaning, and more uniform heating. 8
