To change the Password for Parental Controls access, press the button to highlight Change Password and then press the button. See Section 3.4.4 - Setting a Password. To clear all blocked settings, (except DTV blocked channels, see Section 3.4.1 - Parental Controls for DTV), press the button to highlight Clear All.
