Now you have opened the carton check that the VX20L HDTV20A is in good condition and that all of the accessories are included. The VX20L HDTV20A weighs approximately 17lb and is about 20" wide; please exercise care when unpacking the HDTV. The screen can easily be scratched or broken so please handle the product gently and never place the HDTV with the glass facing downwards on a surface without protective padding.
