Check: a) Hose to manifold connection. Figure 18 (a). b) Manifold to side burner hose connection.Figure 18 (b). ƽWARNING: If there is a leak at connection (a), retighten the fitting with a wrench and recheck for leaks with soap and water solution. If a leak persists after retightening the fitting, turn OFF the gas. DO NOT OPERATE THE BARBECUE. Contact Weber-Stephen Customer Service. c) Side burner hose to side burner connection. When leak checks are complete, turn gas supply OFF at the source and rinse connections with water. (a) (b) Step 16 Install Flavorizer Bars and Cooking Grates You will need: five long Flavorizer Bars, eight short Flavorizer Bars and two cooking grates. Set the long Flavorizer Bars side to side in the lower position, then set the short Flavorizer Bars front to back in the upper position in the cooking box. Figure 19.
