HOW TO USE YOUR HOME GYM The unique flex band technology used on your flex 110 home gym allows you to pin select resistance in convenient 10 lbs increments. Read the following instructions carefully and observe all safety precautions. To change the resistance of your flex band simply install the band with the anchor tube through the wider end of the band and insert the selector bolt through the hole in the narrow end. Next, pass the bolt through the chosen resistance hole and through the other flex band before securing with the security fitting provided. .40 NOTE: Flex bands must always be used in pairs i.e.: 2 bands or 4 bands. Never use one band one side only as this may damage your machine. Check the flex bands regularly for wear or damage and replace if necessary. Your flex bands will retain their strength for a long time with normal usage, however, care should he taken not to misuse or overstretch them in order to prolong their life. When exercising on your home gym try to perform all exercises precisely, smoothly and without any jerky movements. Never let go of the handlebars etc. under tension as doing so may cause personal injury or permanently damage your machine. Exercise with care.
