How To Lower The Treadmill For Use

3. Insert the Wire Harness (53) into the right Upright (37) as you press the Console Base (45) onto both Uprights. Insert two Console Base Bolts (29) through each side of the Console Base and through the Uprights as shown. The Console Base Bolts must be inserted from the inside as shown. Tighten a Console Base Nut (11) and a Console Base Washer (39) onto each Console Base Bolts. Note:Carefully lift up and push down on the handrails to make sure that the Console Base does not move. Regularly inspect and tighten all four Console Base Bolts and Console Base Nuts. 4. Attach the Frame Guide (66) and the Frame Guide Spacer (46) to the left side of the Frame (21) with four Latch Screws (25). Note: Be careful not to overtighten the Latch Screws. Make sure that the thick end of the Frame Guide is at the bottom. 3 11 39 4 45 29 29 37 25 66 46 Thick end 21 5. The Console (49) requires two 1,5V batteries (included); alkaline batteries are recommended. Open the Battery Cover (48) as shown. Press two batteries into the battery compartment, with the negative ends of the batteries (marked "-") touching the springs. Close the Battery Cover. 5 49 48 Batteries 11 39 53 6. Make sure that all parts are properly tightened before you use the treadmill. To protect the floor or carpet from damage, place a mat under the treadmill. HOW TO MOVE THE TREADMILL Before moving the treadmill, convert the treadmill to the storage position as described above. Make sure that the storage latch is closed fully over the frame guide. 1. Hold the upper ends of the handrails. Place one foot on one of the front wheels as shown. 2. Tilt the treadmill back until it rolls freely on the front wheels. Carefully move the treadmill to the desired location. Never move the treadmill without tipping it back, or the base pads may come off. To reduce the risk of injury, use extreme caution whilst moving the treadmill. Do not attempt to move the treadmill over an uneven surface. 3. Place one foot on the base, and carefully lower the treadmill until it is resting in the storage position. HOW TO LOWER THE TREADMILL FOR USE 1. Hold the upper end of the treadmill with your right hand as shown. Using your left hand, slide open the storage latch. Pivot the treadmill until the frame guide and the foot rail are past the storage latch. 2. Hold the treadmill firmly with both hands, and lower the treadmill to the floor. HOW TO MOVE THE TREADMILL
Before moving the treadmill, convert the treadmill to the
storage position as described above.
Make sure that the
storage latch is closed fully over the frame guide.
1. Hold the upper ends of the handrails. Place one foot on
one of the front wheels as shown.
2. Tilt the treadmill back until it rolls freely on the front
wheels. Carefully move the treadmill to the desired loca-
tion.
Never move the treadmill without tipping it back,
or the base pads may come off. To reduce the risk of
injury, use extreme caution whilst moving the tread-
mill. Do not attempt to move the treadmill over an
uneven surface.
3. Place one foot on the base, and carefully lower the tread-
mill until it is resting in the storage position.

Base Bolts and Console Base Nuts.

Attach the Frame Guide (66) and the Frame Guide
Spacer (46) to the left side of the Frame (21) with
four Latch Screws (25).
Note: Be careful not to
overtighten the Latch Screws. Make sure that the
thick end of the Frame Guide is at the bottom.

The Console (49) requires two 1,5V batteries
(included); alkaline batteries are recommended.
Open the Battery Cover (48) as shown. Press two
batteries into the battery compartment,
with the
negative ends of the batteries (marked “–”)
touching the springs.
Close the Battery Cover.

HOW TO LOWER THE TREADMILL FOR USE
1. Hold the upper end of the treadmill with your right hand
as shown. Using your left hand, slide open the storage
latch. Pivot the treadmill until the frame guide and the
foot rail are past the storage latch.
2. Hold the treadmill firmly with both hands, and lower the
treadmill to the floor.
To decrease the possibility of
injury, bend your legs and keep your back straight.
