4. While a second person holds the Upright (3) near the Frame (1), connect the Extension Wire (38) to the Reed Switch Wire (26). Next, connect the Resistance Cable (24) to the Lower Resistance Cable (27) in the following way: • See drawing A. Pull upward on the metal bracket on the Lower Resistance Cable (27), and insert the tip of the Resistance Cable (24) into the wire clip inside the metal bracket. • See drawing B. Firmly pull the Resistance Cable (24) upward and slide it into the top of the metal bracket. • See drawing C. Using pliers, squeeze the prongs on the upper end of the metal bracket together. Insert the wires and cables into the Frame (1). Tip: Avoid pinching the wires and cables. Slide the Upright (3) onto the Frame (1).
