Insert the Seat Post (Q) into the Frame (B). 4 Adjust the Seat Post (Q) to the desired height and insert the Seat Knob (U) through the hole in the Frame (B) into one of the adjustment holes in the Seat Post. Tighten the Seat Knob. Make sure that the Seat Knob is firmly engaged in one of the adjustment holes in the Seat Post. Q B U 5. Loosen the Handlebar Clamp (V). Insert the Handlebar (W) into the Handlebar Clamp and adjust the Handlebar to the desired position. Next, center the Handlebar. Then, tighten the Handlebar Clamp. Apply a small amount of soapy water to the inside of the Handlebar Grips (X). Then, slide the Handlebar Grips onto each end of the Handlebar (W). Insert a Handlebar Cap (Y) into each end of the Handlebar (W). 5 W X Y V 6. Identify the Left Pedal (Z), which is marked with an "L". Using 6 an adjustable wrench, firmly tighten the Left Pedal counter- clockwise into the left arm of the Crank (AA). Tighten the Right Pedal (not shown) clockwise into the right arm of the Crank. IMPORTANT: Tighten both Pedals as firmly as possible. After using the exercise cycle for one week, retighten the Pedals. For best performance, keep the Pedals tightened. AA Z 7

the Handlebar Clamp and adjust the Handlebar to the desired
position. Next, center the Handlebar. Then, tighten the
Handlebar Clamp.

IMPORTANT: Tighten both Pedals as firmly as
possible. After using the exercise cycle for one week,
