4. Have a second person hold the Handlebar (42) near the Upright (13). Insert the Pulse Wires (A) into the Upright and pull them out of the top of the Upright. Avoid pinching the wires. Attach the Handlebar (42) to the Upright (13) with two M8 x 65mm Bolts (49) and two M8 Locknuts (10).
