If following receipt of a qualifying claim under this warranty, WD or the dealer from whom you originally purchased the Product determines that your claim is valid, WD or such dealer shall, at its discretion, either repair or replace the Product with an equivalent or better Product or refund the cost of the Product to you. You are responsible for any expenses associated with a claim under this warranty.
