See the Installation Instructions. If this is the first time the oven has been used, turn on any one of the surface burner knobs to release air from the gas lines. See "Electronic Oven Controls" section. Press and hold CONTROL LOCK for 3 seconds. Demo Mode will deactivate all heating elements. See "Demo Mode" in the "Electronic Oven Controls" section. This is normal. The convection fan will start running approximately 5 minutes into the cycle. If the oven door is opened during convention cooking, the fan will turn off immediately.
