PROBLEM Water Not Entering Drain Properly RECOMMENDED SOLUTIONS If the drain hose is not aligned over the drain, move the ice maker to align the drain. NOTE: Service technicians cannot repair plumbing problems outside of the ice maker. Call a licensed, qualified plumber.
