CRUM Toner Error Troubleshooting References Applicable Parts Print Cartridge Toner Sensor Harness Print Cartridge Interconnect Board Procedure Wiring and Plug/Jack Map References Step 1 2 3 4 Action and Questions Yes Open the top cover and ensure that the Print Cartridge is properly seated. Does the error clear after reseating the cartridge? Complete Reseat all harness connections to the Print Cartridge Interconnect Board. Does the error clear? Complete Check continuity between the Print Cartridge Go to Step 4. Interconnect Board and CN6 on the Main Board. Does the harness show continuity? Check Print Cartridge. Does the cartridge contain toner and appear to be operating properly? Replace Print Cartridge Interconnect Board. No Go to Step 2. Go to Step 3. Replace Harness.
