Phaser® and WorkCentre® small-businessclass multifunction printers include powerful scanning capabilities and helpful features that streamline office-work processes for busy individuals and small workteams. Scan file formats Phaser and WorkCentre multifunction printers allow you to specify the file format into which the scanned document is converted for greater flexibility and to ensure compatibility with potential recipients. Scanning capabilities Scan to PC / Mac Scan a document at the multifunction printer and route the digital file directly to your workstation via USB connection. Scan to USB memory device A standard USB port on the front of the Phaser or WorkCentre multifunction printer accepts any removable USB memory device.
