To maximize Customer Satisfaction this product should be operated 3,000 - 7,000 prints/ copies per month 70 80% of which are color copies. Usage above this range may result in a higher service frequency (see chart below). Capacity of tray for handling heavy weight papers will be reduced. - Sorter option - 10 bins holding 30 sheets of sorted sets of 7x10" to 11x17" paper of 16 (60 gsm) to 28# (105 gsm) weight paper. - Heavy weight papers can not be sorted. - Sorter top tray will handle up to 100 sheets of 16 (60 gsm) to 28# (105 gsm) weight paper for sizes up to 12 x 18".
