Troubleshooting Problem No picture. The sound suddenly goes off. Sound is heard from the speaker on one side only. Only the center speaker outputs substantial sound. No sound is output from a specific speaker. No sound is heard from the presence speakers. Cause Remedy An appropriate video input is not selected Select an appropriate video input on the monitor. on the monitor. If your monitor does not support the HDMI connection, connect it to the COMPONENT OUT jacks or the composite output terminals and select an appropriate video input on the monitor.
