TROUBLESHOOTING Problem Only the speaker on one side can be heard. There is a lack of bass and no ambience. A "humming" sound can be heard. The sound level is low. (A-U670 only) The BASS, TREBLE, and BALANCE controls does not work. (A-U670 only) The connected PC does not recognize this unit. (A-U670 only) Noisy playback. (A-U670 only) The sound is interrupted.
