TROUBLESHOOTING Problem The files in your PC cannot be viewed or played back. Some audio files cannot be played back on this unit. Cause The files are not supported by this unit or the media server. You are trying to play back DRM audio files you purchased on iTunes Store. Remedy Use the file format supported by both this unit and the media server. For details on the supported file formats by the unit, see "PLAYABLE DISCS AND FILE FORMATS". You cannot play back DRM audio files you purchased on iTunes Store. Page 31 31 ❚ Audio contents on the Internet Problem The Internet radio cannot be played. Cause The selected Internet radio station is currently not available. The selected Internet radio station is currently broadcasting silence. Access to the network is restricted by the firewall settings of your network devices (such as the broadband router). Remedy There may be a network problem at the radio station, or the service may have been stopped. Try the station later or select another station. Some Internet radio stations broadcast silence at certain of times of the day. Try the station later or select another station. Check the firewall settings of your network devices. The Internet radio can be played only when it passes through the port designated by each radio station. The port number varies depending on the radio station. Page - - - ❚ CD Problem The disc tray does not close completely. Disc playback does not start. Cause A foreign object is obstructing the tray. The disc is damaged. There is moisture on the laser pickup. The disc is loaded upside down. The disc is dirty. The format of the MP3 or WMA file is not compatible with this unit. Remedy Carefully check the disc tray and remove the foreign object. Check the disc carefully and replace it if necessary. Wait 20 to 30 minutes after turning this unit on before trying to play back a disc. Reload the disc with the label side up. Clean the disc.
