Troubleshooting Troubleshooting Problem The H01 does not turn on. A click or pop is heard when the power is turned on or off. Noise is heard from the speakers or headphones. The overall volume is low, or no sound is heard. The 50 Piano Preset songs cannot be played. The sustain pedal has no effect. There is a slight difference in sound quality among different notes played on the keyboard. Possible Cause and Solution The H01 has not been plugged in properly. Securely insert the female plug into the socket on the H01, and the male plug into a proper AC outlet (page 10). This is normal when electrical current is being applied to the instrument. The noise may be due to interference caused by the use of a mobile phone in close proximity to the H01. Turn off the mobile phone, or use it further away from the H01. • The Master Volume is set too low; set it to an appropriate level using the [MASTER VOLUME] control. • Make sure a pair of headphones is not connected to the headphones jack (page 10). Make sure that a USB storage device is not connected to the [USB TO DEVICE] terminal. The pedal cable/plug may not be properly connected. Make sure to securely insert the pedal plug into the proper jack (page 24). This is normal and is a result of the sampling system. 19 ENGLISH H01 Owner's Manual 21
