Problem Possible cause Solution Door is misaligned or interferes with ventilation grill. The temperature in the appliance is too low/too high. Door does not open easily. The water drainage plug is not correctly positioned. Food products are not wrapped properly. Temperature is set incorrectly. The appliance is not levelled. The temperature regulator is not set correctly. The door is not closed correctly. The food products' temperature is too high. Many food products are stored at the same time. The thickness of the frost is greater than 4-5 mm. The door has been opened often. There is no cold air circulation in the appliance. You attempted to re-open the door immediately after closing. Position the water drainage plug in the correct way. Wrap the food products better. Refer to "Operation" chapter. Refer to "Levelling". Set a higher/lower temperature. Refer to "Closing the door". Let the food products temperature decrease to room temperature before storage. Store less food products at the same time. Defrost the appliance. Open the door only if necessary. Make sure that there is cold air circulation in the appliance. Wait a few seconds between closing and re-opening of the door.
