The handle is made of material that will glow for hours in the darkness of the trunk following a brief exposure to ambient light. The "T" shaped handle is located on the inside of the trunk lid. CAUTION Always keep the handle firmly attached to the holder and in the recessed position. Not securing the handle this way could allow it to snag luggage in the trunk and open the trunk lid. 3-13 Form No. 8Q50-EA-01G
