Press a second time to turn off the alarm. Illuminated entry Interior lamps illuminate when the UNLOCK button is pressed on the remote entry transmitter (if equipped). The illuminated entry function illuminates the interior overhead lamp for approximately 20 seconds, until the key is inserted into the ignition and turned to ON, or until the LOCK button is pressed on the remote entry transmitter.
