7. Attach the mini-buckle so that the safety belt is ready for use when a passenger uses the seat. The buckle reattaches by pushing the latch into the buckle until the red center pops out again. Repeat these steps for the other section of the split bench seat. Bucket Seats There are three types of rear bucket seats: RIGHT ONLY, CENTER OR LEFT and LEFT ONLY. The RIGHT ONLY seat may be equipped with the built-in child restraint option. The rear bucket seats can be removed to provide extra storage. The seat that has the built-in child restraint option fits in only one location in your vehicle, but seats that don't have the built-in child restraint option can be moved to different rows. CAUTION: A safety belt that is improperly routed, not properly attached, or twisted won't provide the protection needed in a crash. The person wearing the belt could be seriously injured. After installing the seat, always check to be sure that the safety belts are properly routed and attached, and are not twisted. 1-14
