29 Connecting options Printer Your computer supports both serial and parallel printers. To connect a parallel printer, plug the printer cable into the parallel port located on the rear panel of your computer. To connect a serial printer, plug the printer cable into either serial port 1 or serial port 2 located on the rear panel of your computer. See "Rear panel" on page 11 for the location of the serial ports.

Your computer supports both serial and parallel printers.
To connect a parallel printer, plug the printer cable into the parallel
port
located on the rear panel of your computer.
To connect a serial printer, plug the printer cable into either serial port
1 or serial port 2 located on the rear panel of your computer.
