Step 5a If you choose Guest Mode, all users will be able to view and access the contents of the shared folder that you create. There is also an option which will allow you to re-create the partition on the disk if you wish. Please be aware that this option will permanently erase the contents of the drive and is only suggested if you are using a brand new hard disk. Step 5b If you choose Authorization Mode, this will allow you to create a shared folder which can be accessed by anyone, and private folders which can only be accessed by each user.
