Display Panel Latch Camera On selected models Microphone Display Panel Latch Display Panel Instant Keys Power Switch Keyboard Touchpad Touchpad Buttons CD Control Buttons (see section 3) On selected models Status Indicators (see section 3) Display Panel Latches Two spring-loaded latches on the front of the Notebook PC lock the display panel in the closed position when the Notebook PC is not in use. To open the display panel, slide both latches outwards with your thumbs and lift up the display panel with both thumbs. Slowly tilt the display panel forward or backward to a comfortable viewing angle. WARNING! When opening, do not force the display panel down to the table or else the hinges may break! Never lift the Notebook PC by the display panel! 16

the hinges may break! Never lift the Notebook PC by the display panel!
Display Panel Latches
Two spring-loaded latches on the front of the Notebook PC lock the display panel in the closed position
when the Notebook PC is not in use. To open the display panel,
slide both latches
outwards with your
thumbs and lift up the display panel with both thumbs. Slowly tilt the display panel forward or back-
ward to a comfortable viewing angle.
