6. How can I boot to DOS using my USB drive or ODD? Refer to the following steps: a. During POST, press and hold the volume down button until the following screen appears. b. Once the Select Page appears, you may release volume down button then select SETUPMENU to enter BIOS. IMPORTANT! If you fail to select SETUPMENU before the counter turns from 9 to 0, your Notebook PC will proceed to launching Windows® 8. c. Go to the Security menu then set Secure Boot Control to Disabled. d. How can I boot to DOS using my USB drive or ODD?
Refer to the following steps:
a.
During POST, press and hold the volume down button until
the following screen appears.
b.
Once the Select Page appears, you may release volume
down button then select
SETUPMENU
to enter BIOS.
IMPORTANT!
If you fail to select
SETUPMENU
before
the counter turns from
9
to
0
, your Notebook PC will
proceed to launching Windows® 8.
c.
Go to the
Security
menu then set
Secure Boot Control
to
Disabled.
d.
Go to
Boot > Launch CSM > Enabled.
e.
Press
F10
to save changes and exit BIOS.
f.
Press and hold
ESC
to launch boot menu when your
