ASUS Flex-E Technology offers two kinds of configurations, PCI-E x8 Link on both Slot 3 and 4 or PCI-E x16 Link on the Slot 3. The PCI-E signal of the Slot 3 would switch to x16 Link automatically when the Slot 4 is not occupied.
