USING YOUR MICROWAVE OVEN COOKING GUIDE FOR LOWER POWER LEVEL The 10 power levels in addition to HIGH allow you to choose the best power level for the food you are cooking. The power levels are listed below, with examples of foods best cooked at each level and the amount of microwave power output you are using at each Level.
