5. TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE PROBLEM POSSIBLE LIKELY SOLUTION CAUSE No Video Power Supply Connections Check the input power connections at the terminal block, ensuring no wires are loose. Voltage Range The supply range is: 12 - 24 VDC or 12 - 24 VAC. Measure the voltage at the terminal block.
