HOW TO WRITE DATA TO DISK I Ei To write program data to disk • Follow the procedure below to write program data to disk. 0 // (1) Insert disk 0 with the label up all the way into the drive. (2) Press the program number switch Q to display a program number at which no data is recorded. (3) Press the R/W (Read/Write) switch 0. (4) The drive indicator 0 will light while data is being written to disk. When the indicator 0 goes out, an alarm will sound to indicate the program was successfully written. Press the (I) key to enter the sewing mode. a (Back side) Slide the write protect tab 0 down after writing data to disk. Data cannot be written to or erased from disk when the write protect window is open. To rewrite data to disk, close the write protect tab 0 over the window.
