Solution Confirm the Profile Name is entered in the Scan to FTP/Network Profile page of Web Based Management. This name will be displayed on the control panel of the machine. Confirm the Host Address and Port Number are entered correctly in the Scan to FTP/Network Profile page of Web Based Management. The Host Address is the domain name of the FTP server.
