Copy Stamp You can correct an image by pasting a section copied from another part of the same image to an unwanted part of the image. 1 Select the [Tools] menu X [Start Stamp tool]. ¿ The copy stamp window appears. 2 Click the [100% View] button. ¿ The image is displayed in the 100% view. 3 Display the section you want to correct. O Drag the image to display the section you want to correct. 4 Specify the section to copy. O Click the [Select Copy Source] button and then click the section to copy. O To change the copied section, repeat the above procedure. Cover/Table of Contents The image is displayed at 100% (actual pixel size). Click the button again to display the image in the size that fits to the window. You can select the pen type. With [Brush] selected, the pasted image's borders simulate a brush. With [Pencil] selected, the pasted image's borders are sharp. Fix the position of copy source. Undoes the previous action. Reverts to the original condition before any corrections were performed. Copies the content of the corrections specified. Displays the previous image.* Applies the settings and closes the window. Specifies the section to copy. Only functions with [100% View]. Displays the full screen. To return to the original view, click this button again or press the key on the keyboard. To switch between full screen display/normal screen display, press the key or the + keys on the keyboard. Drag the slider left or right, or click the [S] / [T] buttons to set the size (radius) of the image to be pasted. Redoes the previous correction. Redoes all the corrections. Applies to the image the content of the corrections copied. Displays the next image.* Cancels all settings and closes the window. *Functions when you have selected multiple images and the copy stamp windows are displayed. 5 Correct the image. O Click or drag on the section you want to correct on the image. [+] in the window indicates the copy origin, and [ ] indicates the copy destination. ¿ The copied image is pasted in the position where you dragged. 6 Click the [OK] button. Copy Stamp
You can correct an image by pasting a section copied from another part of the same image to
an unwanted part of the image.

Select the [Tools] menu
[Start Stamp tool].
The copy stamp window appears.

Click the [100% View] button.
The image is displayed in the 100% view.

Display the section you want to correct.
Drag the image to display the section you want to correct.

Specify the section to copy.
Click the [Select Copy Source] button and then click the section to copy.
To change the copied section, repeat the above procedure.

Correct the image.
Click or drag on the section you want to correct on the image. [
+
] in the window
indicates the copy origin, and [
] indicates the copy destination.
The copied image is pasted in the position where you dragged.

Click the [OK] button.
In step 2, you can double-click on the section you want to correct to display the 100%
view. You can also double-click again to return to the original view.
In step 4, you can also specify the section to copy by holding down the <Alt> key and
clicking.
For information on shortcut keys, refer to the “Shortcut List” (p.5-3).
