The Home screen (or Job Button screen) appears if the fingerprint is authenticated correctly. Hint If fingerprint authentication fails, try sweeping your finger again. The authentication mode screen appears. 2. Perform fingerprint authentication using the finger with the registered fingerprint. IMPORTANT Perform finger authentication by gently pressing the finger while slowly sweeping it at a constant speed to scan the fingerprint. 6-7

Use the procedure below for fingerprint authentication.

Press [Fingerprint Authentication].
The authentication mode screen appears.
2.
Perform fingerprint authentication using the finger
with the registered fingerprint.
IMPORTANT
Perform finger authentication by gently pressing the finger while
slowly sweeping it at a constant speed to scan the fingerprint.
3.
The Home screen (or Job Button screen) appears if
the fingerprint is authenticated correctly.
Hint
If fingerprint authentication fails, try sweeping your finger again.
