Responding to Error Messages 11: Connection target not found  In the case of [q], is Camera Connect running?  Establish a connection using Camera Connect (p.35).  In the case of [l], is the power of the printer on?  Turn on the printer.  In the case of [D], is EOS Utility running?  Start EOS Utility and re-establish the connection (p.77).  Are the camera and the access point set to use the same password for authentication?  This error occurs if the passwords do not match when the authentication method for encryption is set to [Open system]. The setting is case-sensitive, so check upper- and lower-case characters. Make sure that the correct password for authentication is set on the camera (p.120). 12: Connection target not found  Is the power of the target device and access point on?  Turn on the target device and access point, then wait a while.
