Defining Address Book Entries This section describes instructions for defining person and group entries in the [Edit Address Book] sheet. NOTE For Windows NT 4.0/2000/XP/Server 2003, you can use or edit the Address Book only if you are permitted access to the folder where the Address Book file is saved (by default, 3 Power Users and higher have access to the folder). If you are not permitted access to the folder, you can use the Address Book in one of the following ways: - Log on as a user who has access to the folder. - Click [Specify a Folder] in the [Edit Address Book] sheet, and save the Address Book file in a folder, such as the My Documents folder, where you have Write permission. Fax Driver Options Person (Single) Entry Clicking [Add Person] in the [Edit Address Book] sheet opens the [Add Person] dialog box for defining a new person (single) entry. You see the same dialog box under the title [Edit Person], if you click [Edit] in the [Edit Address Book] sheet when a person (single) entry is selected from [Address Book]. This section describes instructions for defining person and group entries in the [Edit
Address Book] sheet.
NOTE
For Windows NT 4.0/2000/XP/Server 2003, you can use or edit the Address Book only if
you are permitted access to the folder where the Address Book file is saved (by default,
Power Users and higher have access to the folder). If you are not permitted access to the
folder, you can use the Address Book in one of the following ways:

Person (Single) Entry
