blackjax* activation sequence When BlackJax is programmed ON, BlackJax sequence will begin every time the ignition is turned on and must be turned off by entering your PIN code. It will then activate again while driving when triggered as described below. note: BlackJax can be turned off by entering PIN code at any time. 1. Ignition on z System sees the ignition on. 2. Door open and close. z System sees the door open and close. 3. Press and release brake pedal. z System sees the brake pedal pressed. z System then begins monitoring the engine speed. z System sees the engine speed at two times idle. BlackJax begins 20 second countdown. 4. After a 20 second countdown: z. 5 siren chirps as reminder to enter PIN code. z Brake light output pulses to flash brake lights. z You then have 20 more seconds to enter PIN to turn off Blackjax. 5. If PIN code is NOT entered within 20 seconds: z System sounds siren and begins flashing indicator lights. z Brake lights continue to flash. z The system will now immobilise as described in steps 6-7. * This feature is not evaluated by Thatcham 32

blackjax* activation sequence
When BlackJax is programmed ON, BlackJax sequence will begin every
time the ignition is turned on and must be turned off by entering your
PIN code. It will then activate again while driving when triggered as
described below.
1.
Ignition on
System sees the ignition on.
2.
Door open and close.
System sees the door open and close.
3.
Press and release brake pedal.
System sees the brake pedal pressed.
System then begins monitoring the engine speed.
System sees the engine speed at two times idle.
BlackJax begins 20 second countdown.

After a 20 second countdown:
