3. Disconnect the power cord from the power outlet.  4. Loosen the retaining screw located on the back of the unit . 5. Slide the cover latches on the sides near the back of the  computer . 6. Lift up the back of the access panel and pull it toward the back of the unit about 1 inch (2.5 cm) so the tabs on the front of the access  panel clear the case .
