To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plug or unit in water or other liquid. 1. The outside of your grill can be cleaned by wiping the surface with a damp, soft cloth. CAUTION: never immerse the grill in water or other liquid. 2. Clean the grill plates by wiping the surface with a damp, soft cloth. Clean the oil and grease drainage cup with warm water and mild detergent. Rinse and dry thoroughly. 7
