Procedure 1 Align the screw holes on the front AlienFX LED boards with the screw holes on the tubes. 2 Replace the screws that secure the front AlienFX LED boards to the tubes. 3 Connect the front AlienFX LED board cables to the front AlienFX LED boards. 4 Align the screw holes on the front AlienFX LED boards with the screw holes on the computer base. 5 Replace the screws that secure the front AlienFX LED board to the computer base. Post-requisites 1 Follow the procedure from step 5 to step 11 in "Replacing the palm rest". 2 Replace the solid-state drives. 3 Replace the memory modules. 4 Replace the base panel. 73

Procedure

Align the screw holes on the front AlienFX LED boards with the screw holes
on the tubes.
2
Replace the screws that secure the front AlienFX LED boards to the tubes.
3
Connect the front AlienFX LED board cables to the front AlienFX LED
boards.
4
Align the screw holes on the front AlienFX LED boards with the screw holes
on the computer base.
5
Replace the screws that secure the front AlienFX LED board to the
computer base.
Post-requisites
1
Follow the procedure from step 5 to step 11 in “Replacing the
palm rest
”.

Replace the
solid-state drives
