Copy Defaults Purpose: To create your own default copy settings. Values: Color Reduce/Enlarge Custom Reduce/Enlarge Original Type Document Size Lighter/Darker Sharpness Auto Exposure Selects mode for color or black and white copying. Sets the default copy reduction/enlargement ratio. Sets a custom reduction/enlargement ratio within the range of 25% to 400% when Reduce/Enlarge is set to Custom. Sets the copy image quality. Sets the default document size. Sets the default copy density level. Sets the default sharpness level. Sets whether to suppress the background of the original to enhance text on the copy. Copy Color Balance Purpose: To specify the default color balance level. Values: Color Balance (Red) Color Balance (Green) Color Balance (Blue) Gray Balance Sets the color balance level of red. Sets the color balance level of green. Sets the color balance level of blue. Sets the gray balance level. Copy Settings Purpose: To configure the copy settings. NOTE: Values marked by an asterisk (*) are the factory default menu settings. Values: Multiple-Up Collated Margin Top/Bottom Margin Left/Right Margin Middle Off* Does not perform multiple-up printing. Auto Automatically reduces the original pages to fit onto one sheet of paper. ID Copy Prints the original pages onto one sheet of paper in the original size. Manual Prints the original pages onto one sheet of paper in the size specified in Reduce/Enlarge. Sets whether to sort the copy job. Sets the value of the top and bottom margins within the range of 0 mm to 50 mm/0.0 to 2.0 inch. Sets the value of the left and right margins within the range of 0 mm to 50 mm/0.0 to 2.0 inch.
